FRESH FILLED PASTA IN A PROTECTIVE ATMOSPHERE
- Egg puff pastry with spinach, stuffed with a layer of bechamel sauce and a layer of meat sauce repeated several times. On the surface a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP which when cooked will be golden and crunchy.
COOKING: Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes.
