How many times have you got home in the evening with no energy left to cook? How many times have you been forced to choose between making dinner, diving on the sofa, playing with your children, or finishing the book you started weeks ago? Having little time for cooking doesn’t mean that you can’t have an unforgettable meal.
All you need are a few simple ingredients: stoneground flour, extra virgin olive oil, Cervia salt, spring water, milk and sourdough starter. But, don’t worry, we’ll take care of everything. You just have to heat up our Tigelle in the oven, a pan or the toaster (yes, the one hidden away because you never used it).
Cut them in half and serve them with cold cuts: Prosciutto di Parma, salami, coppa, mortadella, pancetta, you name it! You can also enjoy them with fresh or cured cheese and flakes of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Want to try them for a snack? Why not top it with chocolate spread, honey, hazelnut cream or your favourite jam. And if you can’t make up your mind, you can always come up with new and delicious pairings.
